By creating an account or using EdgeSignal you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

EdgeSignal provides market intelligence, trading signals, and related research tools. The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, signal accuracy, or trading outcomes.

3. Not Investment Advice

EdgeSignal is not a registered investment advisor. Nothing in the service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind. All decisions are yours alone. Trading involves risk of loss, including total loss. You assume full responsibility for your trading decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel from your account page in one click. Cancellations stop future renewals; we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape the service, redistribute signals, share your account, or use the service to harass other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on EdgeSignal — signal logic, methodology, written notes, code — is owned by us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own trading. You may not republish or resell.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeSignal's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading-loss damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
